Shipping Terms
1. Customers hold responsibility of the postage and customs charges.
2. Kindly make sure that the postal address is correct as we are not responsible for undelivered parcels due to error(s) in the address.
3. Ensure that the contact number is reachable as it will be written on the postal/consignment note in case they need to contact you for delivery purposes.
4. We check our products thoroughly and carefully before they are being packed and sent to the courier hub. All orders are packaged with sufficient amount of packaging materials (e.g reused bubble wraps and paper wraps) to ensure they get delivered in good condition. and If you have a concern regarding a faulty or damaged parcel, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the goods.
Our Green Manifesto
1. To reduce e-commerce waste, all of our parcels are packed in reused bubblewraps, air cushions or honey comb paper wraps that are still in great condition.
2. Approximately 30% of our parcels are fully packed with reused packaging (both bubblewrap and the outer envelope/flyer). They are always indicated by a 'Reused Bubblewrap and Flyer' sticker. You will know it when you see one.
