Refund and Return Policy
We check our products thoroughly and carefully during the processing of order before we send them off to our courier partner. All orders are packed with sufficient amount of packaging materials (e.g bubble wraps and paper wraps) to ensure they get delivered to our customers in good condition. If you have a concern regarding a faulty or damaged parcel, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the goods.
Can I refund, return or exchange a purchased item?
1. All goods sold and shipping costs are non-refundable at all conditions.
2. We do not accept any request of return or exchange.
3. This policy applies to all goods that have been personalised, stamped or embossed with initials and names.
Colour, size and variation.
4. Actual colour of products may vary across different devices, screens and monitior.
5. Always check the size and fit of an item before you make a purchase. The size and dimension can be found under the 'Description' section of the product page. (Feel free to drop us a question if you have any doubts. It might be especially tricky when it is a gift. We hear you!)
6. Each piece of hide is unique. It is normal to have slight variation and irregularities of texture, colour and grain on the leather. These imperfections add to the character and originality of the material.
I forgot to utilise my discount code.
7. We do not give reimbursements in the case where purchases have been made and discount or voucher code was not keyed in or utilised upon check-out.
Re-delivery of an order.
8. In cases where parcels are returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery by our courier partner (which is very rare in our many years of experience), you will be required to pay a redelivering fee.
9. We will only re-deliver an order when the previous parcel has been returned to us first. We do not accept cancellation of order at any point of time.
10. Customers hold responsibility of the accuracy of the postal address given to us. We are not responsible for wrong or unsuccessful delivery of parcels.
